Get your guests to RSVP!

One of the most difficult parts of planning your wedding is trying to get an accurate guest count. Even when you send out R.S.V.P cards, not everyone may respond. So here are a few tips for you to consider when you are planning your R.S.V.P cards that might help you to get more response:

Include an e-mail address, phone number, or website on your R.S.V.P card. This gives people any easier opportunity to respond to you without having to mail a card back.

Include a stamped envelope for them to send the card back in. The envelopes should already have your address on the card.

Make sure you set your “respond by” date at least 1 week before your reception center or caterer needs the final count.

Be prepared to call the stragglers!

By incorporating these things into your RSVP card, your guests will, hopefully, be more inclined to respond, which will mean less headaches for you!
